Nanos, wreck

Welcome to one of Dive Champ's top wreck dive sites. This incredible wreck lies in a nearly vertical position, with its bow resting on the ocean floor and its propeller located at a depth of 75m. Originally a cargo ship carrying stone, it tragically sank on May 31, 1977. Please note that this particular dive is exclusively for Trimix divers due to its depth, which ranges from 70m to 93m.

Due to the considerable depth of the wreck, it is not common to encounter the typical fish species found in shallower wrecks. However, the marine life that has embraced the wreck includes stunning wrasse and beams. Additionally, lucky divers may also have the opportunity to come across conger eels and scorpionfishes.

This remarkable wreck site boasts great visibility of approximately 15m, allowing divers to fully appreciate the captivating underwater scenery. With a maximum depth of 68m, this dive presents a thrilling challenge for expert divers seeking an unforgettable experience.
