Maafushi Lagoon

This is a shore dive in the Maldives, located in Kaafu, 08090. It is suitable for beginner divers and is ideal for Try Scuba, Refresher/check dives, and confined water dive sessions. The dive site is approximately 200m in length with a depth range of 2 to 3m. It features a sandy bottom with patches of seaweed, coral blocks, and is part of the Maldives Passions Coral Growing Farm Project. Divers can expect a visibility of 16m and a maximum depth of 15m. The site offers a variety of marine life, including many types of juvenile reef fish, crustaceans & shells, juvenile blacktip sharks, juvenile stingrays, adult eagle rays, and occasional hawksbill turtles.
