Kuramathi Caves

Located on the western end of the atoll beyond the Kuramathi Resort sandbank, these incredible caves offer a captivating underwater experience for divers. Featuring numerous spacious overhangs, as well as two accessible caves at specific depths (one at 18-20 meters and the other at 28-30 meters), this site is a must-visit for underwater enthusiasts.

Within the caves and overhangs, divers may encounter various marine creatures, notably white tip sharks, stingrays, and nurse sharks. Additionally, the coral atop the reef is thriving at a shallow depth of 5 meters, providing a visually stunning backdrop.

The site is suitable for both beginner and advanced divers, as it offers diverse depths and experiences. With an impressive visibility of 19 meters and a maximum depth of 24 meters, this dive location in the Maldives promises memorable underwater adventures.
