Dolphins Den
When exploring this magical site, be sure to bring a torch for optimal visibility, although seasoned divers can navigate with the natural light filtering through. As you enter the cave, prepare to be amazed. On the inner reef side of the site, you'll encounter an abundance of Giant Anemone's, creating a captivating spectacle. If you're lucky, you may even spot Glassy Sweepers and Silversides in the cave, adding an extra element of wonder to your dive.
Venture deeper into the main part of the cave, where a spacious chamber welcomes groups of 8-10 divers. Dive down to the approximate depth of 12m and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty. Capture stunning photographs and videos, and don't miss the chance to snap some group pictures with the Silversides if they make an appearance.
As you continue your underwater journey towards the North, you'll come across an exit "window." While the passage may be narrow, with careful maneuvering, you can make a successful exit. Make your way to the left, following a dark passageway until you spot beams of light, indicating the exit to the outside reef approximately 10m away. This exit is even shallower, at around 4m, ensuring a smooth transition.
Once outside, take a moment to admire the vibrant top reef teeming with soft corals and marine life. Follow the reef to the "Outside Dolphins" mooring ball, or feel free to explore further before making your way back to the inner reef moorings. It's important to note that the nearest boat channel is at least half a mile away, so plan your dive in advance and stick to your plan for a safe and enjoyable experience.
