Buccaneer Molinere Bay (Wreck)

Discover an incredible dive site in the crystal clear waters of Grenada. This stunning wreck is a sailing yacht that was purposefully sunk in the 1980s to create an artificial reef. Now lying on its starboard side, with remnants of the deck still in place, this dive offers a captivating swim-through experience for certified divers.

As you explore this underwater wonderland, you'll be greeted by vibrant coral growth and schools of baitfish. However, keep an eye out for the invasive lionfish that have made this wreck their home. With a good chance of encountering barracuda and French angelfish, this dive promises exciting marine life encounters.

Before reaching the wreck, you'll have the opportunity to spot French angelfish, small grouper, and larger snapper species as you make your way from the reef. The visibility at this dive site typically reaches 11 meters, allowing for excellent underwater views. With a maximum depth of 21 meters, this dive is best suited for advanced and expert divers.

Located near the Underwater Sculpture Garden on Western Main Road in Moliniere, Saint George, this dive site is conveniently accessible for divers exploring the stunning underwater treasures of Grenada. Dive into adventure and explore the fascinating world of this unique wreck, a must-visit for diving enthusiasts.
