Abu Ramada North
Shaab Claude is part of a small group of blocks that are connected to Shaab Sheer. Situated amidst a chain of three block groups, each just a 5 to 10-minute boat ride away from one another, this dive site offers easy accessibility for divers of all levels.
At the southern point of Shaab Claude, you'll encounter magnificent gorgonians and the mesmerizing long-nosed hawksbill, creating a captivating underwater scene. The main block at this site consists of three to four smaller rocks, extending southwest from it. The base of the main reef can be found roughly 10 to 12 meters to the south, providing a convenient spot for boats to dock. At the sandy seabed here, a channel or tunnel forms between the blocks, allowing for seamless diving experiences and excellent opportunities for capturing stunning photographs.
Venturing through the tunnel and heading northwards, you'll discover a breathtaking coral garden, adorned with various coral types such as brain corals, rock corals, and stony corals. This vibrant ecosystem is home to numerous groupers, adding to the excitement of your dive. Towards the southeast of the reef is a smaller block, reaching a depth of 15 meters and splitting at the shallower end.
