Underwater World

Midway Reef is a small section of reef, starting at a depth of 3 meters and descending to a beautiful white sandy bottom at approximately 30 meters. The reef and coral head feature a captivating swim-through adorned with abundant coral and sea fans, creating a visually stunning underwater experience. This site is suitable for divers of all levels, offering an easy and enjoyable dive.

Diving enthusiasts can encounter a variety of marine life at Midway Reef, including nudibranchs, reef sharks, soft and hard coral, sea fans, anemones, anemone fish, angelfish, moray eels, lionfish, damselfish, and more. The colorful and diverse ecosystem makes every dive an adventure.

Midway Reef derives its name from its convenient location between the Volivoli Beach Resort and the Vatu-i-Ra Conservation Reserve. The boat ride to the dive site takes approximately 45 minutes, allowing you to marvel at the stunning Suncoast coastline and pass by local villages.
