P29

The P29 wreck, located off the coast of Malta, is a popular dive site. Formerly a patrol boat for the Armed Forces of Malta, it was deliberately sunk in 2007 to create an artificial reef and scuba diving attraction. Sitting upright on the seabed at a depth of 34m, with the highest point just 12m from the surface, the P29 extends for a length of 52m.

Divers exploring this site can expect an impressive array of marine life. Mediterranean sea bream, stingrays, moray eels, grouper, common octopus, cuttlefish, red starfish, damselfish, and various other reef fish can be spotted in the crystal clear waters. With a visibility of 21m and a maximum depth of 32m, this dive site is suited for advanced and expert divers who are experienced in diving at deeper depths.
