Las Terrazas

This dive site, located in Spain, is an ideal boat dive that can be done with Nitrox or air. With depths ranging from 19 to 25 meters, it's important to keep an eye on your decompression limits. Don't forget to bring a flashlight along for added visibility.

One of the highlights of this dive is exploring the rocks, where you'll find an abundance of moray eels, conger eels, and lobsters. If you time it right, you may even spot sunfishes and rays.

We always begin our dives from the anchor position. Our dive guide will mark the buoy at the anchor and deploy a reel line that crosses the entire rocky bar, making it easy to find the ascent point when returning. Depending on the current, if present, we will decide whether to dive in a northeast or southwest direction, typically at depths of around 19-20 meters. We then return in the opposite direction, following the shallowest part of the bar.

With a visibility of 8 meters and a maximum depth of 22 meters, this dive site is suitable for beginner divers. Its close proximity to Spain makes it easily accessible for divers in the area.
