The Theefaridhoo Thila, also known as Heaven and Hell, is a renowned dive site located near Haa Dhaalu, Maldives. This pinnacle is composed of three separate blocks, with the deepest part situated at 30-35m and the shallowest part at 15m. It is recommended for advanced divers who are certified for deep dives. Utilizing nitrox during this dive allows for extended bottom time and a more immersive experience. The reef is adorned with vibrant soft corals, while the numerous overhangs are home to diverse marine species such as squirrel fish, fusiliers, cleaner shrimps, nudibranch, lobster, groupers, and moray eels. It is advised to carry a torch for better visibility in the larger overhangs. Keep an eye out for large trevallies, tuna, eagle rays, and if you're lucky, even a majestic manta ray.
