Bau de la Ferrera

The Bau de la Ferrera in Spain is an ideal dive site for both beginner and advanced divers. With a maximum depth of 22 meters and excellent visibility of 12 meters, this dive offers a hassle-free experience. As you descend directly onto the reef, you can easily navigate around it, exploring depths ranging from 18 to 32 meters. Dive enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to discover the remains of the Phedon.

The walls surrounding the reef are teeming with diverse marine life, including sar, lobster, conger eel, ray, flabelline, dalmatian dory, and scabbardfish. This underwater paradise is just a short 3-minute boat ride away from the Montjoi Diving Center. The dive itself spans 150 meters in length, starting at a shallow depth of 1 meter and gradually descending to around 30 meters. Most of the captivating sights can be found between depths of 10 to 25 meters. Additionally, nearby the rock, the remnants of a wreck are still visible.
