Pedra Boa
Pedra Boa is an extension of the popular Two Anchors dive site. It features a wall formation that stretches from east to west, gradually sloping towards the southwest. This dive site is characterized by its smooth rock surface, with minimal loose stones.
Divers exploring Pedra Boa will encounter a variety of marine life. The cracks and crevices of the reef provide shelter to crabs, morays, and spider crabs. Additionally, vibrant gorgonians, sea pens, and yellow sponges adorn the wall, their branches reaching out in all directions.
With a maximum depth of 20 meters on the sandy bottom, the wall rises to a height of 16 to 17 meters. The visibility here is around 7 meters, allowing divers to fully appreciate the underwater scenery.
Pedra Boa is suitable for divers of all levels, from beginners to advanced. It is conveniently located just a short 15-minute boat ride from the Albufeira marina, in Albufeira, Portugal.
