Muro Wall

This dive site is located within the expansive Bay of Armação de Pêra to Albufeira, making it a part of Portugal's largest natural reef. Known as the Muro Wall, this particular section is adorned with striking red algae that lends a vibrant hue to the reef.

The marine life present here includes scorpionfish, seabream, and various other species, illuminating the dive with a unique radiance. With a maximum depth of 21 meters in the sandy areas and 14 meters at the highest points, this dive offers an ideal setting for beginners.

If you head in the east-west direction, aligning the wall to your right, you'll be able to observe the slabs at the bottom. Additionally, this site is conveniently located just 250 meters away from the Golden Reef, and a short 15 to 20-minute journey from Albufeira's marina.
