Lighthouse Channel

The Lighthouse Channel dive site is named after the nearby lighthouse situated close to the reef. Accessible after a 40-minute boat ride to the south of Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi, this drift dive offers an incredible underwater experience. On the top reef, divers will come across fishy blocks that are home to thousands of snappers. However, the true highlight of the dive is witnessing the graceful eagle rays dancing in the current near a corner of the reef. Keep an eye out for sleeping nurse sharks, turtles, and lobsters as well. This site is suitable for divers of all levels, from beginners to experts, and is located in Shaviyani, Maldives. With a maximum depth of 16 meters and visibility reaching up to 22 meters, divers can expect a vibrant underwater world filled with eagle rays, snappers, nurse sharks, lobsters, turtles, and anemone fish, among other stunning reef fish.
