Dhaburi Thila

This stunning dive site is situated southeast of Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi in the captivating waters of Maldives. Known as a "thila" in Divehi, the local language, this underwater mound offers a rich diving experience without reaching the surface. With a reef top at approximately 12 meters and a descent to around 30 meters, divers can explore its depths. Discover the breathtaking canyon on the southeast side of the thila, teeming with vibrant blue striped snappers. Don't be surprised if inquisitive batfish pay you a visit. Keep an eye out for the dogtooth tunas encircling the thila, ready to hunt in the powerful current.

What to Expect: Encounter lobsters, dogtooth tuna, humpback snapper, batfish, and a diverse array of other colorful reef fish during your dive. The visibility at this site reaches a remarkable 23 meters, offering remarkable underwater clarity.
