La Emboscada

At a depth of 2 meters, the reef transforms into a steep wall that plummets between 20 and 32 meters before merging with a cooled lava flow. This captivating underwater landscape is adorned with lava fingers extending into the descending sandy bottom. Towards the northeastern section, majestic rock needles grace the reef wall, creating enchanting gorges. Venture into the depths, and you'll encounter mesmerizing breakthroughs and caves that add to the allure of this dive site.

On the shallower portion of the reef's pinnacle, you'll be greeted by stunning shoals of yellowtail, garfish, and parrotfish. As you approach the wall, prepare to be awed by the presence of formidable hunters such as barracudas, tunas, and bonitos.

With a visibility of 18 meters, this dive site offers an immersive experience where divers can fully appreciate the underwater marvels.
