L2D “Tabby“ (Japaness DC-3)

LST, short for "Landing Ship, Tank," served as a vessel for transporting troops, tanks, and cargo directly onto hostile beaches. The specific wreck in question is believed to belong to the LST 1 class, with the unfortunate distinction of being the sole ship of its class lost in Subic Bay.
