Toho V (Wreck)

The Toho V is a purposely sunk 55m longliner wreck, creating an incredible artificial reef at a depth of 25 meters. It rests on its keel on the sandy bottom right next to the Tabu Reef. With excellent visibility reaching 17 meters, this dive site offers an amazing underwater experience. While the wreck itself is easily accessible, make sure to bring a lamp for optimal exploration. Beware of the presence of lionfish in the area.

Divers will have the chance to observe diverse marine life at this site, including jacks, loaches, Pterois, cochers, and in April, a fascinating phenomenon occurs as the wreck is enveloped in a cloud of alvins. The current is generally minimal, ensuring a enjoyable diving experience. The dive concludes with a gentle drop-off at the reef.
