This project not only aims to showcase the anchors but also promotes the dissemination of these invaluable findings, which span various periods, including classical antiquity.
As part of their ongoing survey, archaeologists have made remarkable discoveries, including a hoard of 53 Roman gold coins, found by two amateur divers this summer. Additionally, three potential derelicts have been uncovered, unveiling even more secrets of the underwater world.
