Passe en S #9
Situated in the southeastern part of the channel, the #9 dive site offers an intriguing underwater experience as you head in a westerly direction. The site's layout resembles that of the pass entrance buoys, featuring a staircase drop-off with steps at depths of 25 and 40 meters.
Upon exploring the area, you'll encounter a plethora of emperor ballistas positioned atop the plain. Take caution not to approach the nest areas during the egg-laying seasons, as these territorial creatures can display aggression and defend their territory vehemently.
With a visibility of 15 meters and a maximum depth of 22 meters, this dive spot is suitable for divers of all levels, including beginners, advanced divers, and experts. Found in France, specifically in close proximity to Lagon sur le Bleu, Mayotte, this location offers an excellent diving opportunity for enthusiasts.
