This dive site, located near Two Caves in Australia's Cocos (Keeling) Islands, serves as an ideal anchoring spot. With a shallower entry, divers of every level, from beginners to advanced, can explore its wonders. One of the main highlights is the opportunity to spot the resident dugong, "Kat." As you dive deeper, keep an eye out for remnants of old communication cables connecting Direction Island to the world. Here, regular sightings of magnificent mantas and slumbering white tip reef sharks are common. For the observant diver, barracudas can also be found within the vicinity. Depending on the current and tide flow, this alternative anchoring site may be chosen. Additionally, there's a chance to stumble upon a discarded donkey boiler. With excellent visibility reaching up to 31 meters and a maximum depth of 21 meters, this dive site promises an extraordinary underwater adventure.
