Grafstatt
To reach the Grafstatt dive site in Zug, Switzerland, head towards Arth along Seestrasse. Just after passing the Walchwil sign, you'll find a parking lot on the left side, conveniently located after crossing the terrace.
With some luck, and depending on the season, divers may encounter various common freshwater fish species like perch, pike, truffles, and sun bass. The dive site entrance can be accessed by crossing a small embankment between two trees and stepping over large stone blocks. Be cautious as this area can be slippery when wet. Begin the dive by heading towards the right side.
As you explore, you'll come across a captivating wall that partially hangs over the water. At approximately 20 meters deep, a substantial tree trunk serves as a focal point, adorned with numerous fishing lines from previous encounters. The left side of the dive site is adorned with flourishing water plants, providing ample hiding spots for fish.
The Grafstatt dive site offers a maximum depth of 36 meters with a visibility of about 8 meters. Due to its depth and unique features, this site is recommended for advanced divers seeking new challenges.
