Görslow
At the 9-meter mark, divers will encounter an exciting sight - an old boat wreck. Located under the foredeck, this area is often populated by large perches. Explorers should also take a moment to investigate the pipes scattered around, as they are a favorite nesting spot for eels.
For divers who prefer a shorter journey, this dive site can also be accessed by a brief dinghy ride. Upon entering the bay, divers will find a gentle slope leading to a maximum depth of 17 meters before flowing into a funnel. From there, the descent becomes more rapid, reaching well over 20 meters. The ocean floor is covered with small shells and remnants of old trees, creating a unique ambiance.
As divers venture further out, they will encounter additional points of interest. Just past the 8-meter mark, there is another wreck that continues to deteriorate. Continuing between 9 and 7 meters, divers will come across an old and largely forgotten diving course. Over time, the equipment, including a bicycle, engine block, traffic light, dolls and benches, a toilet bowl, and even an artificial sea mine, has become completely encrusted with shells.
The highlight of this dive is the wreck of a motorboat, adorned with intricate details such as the steering wheel. Divers are advised to take their time exploring this area. As they ascend, they will encounter a shallowly rising plateau at 3 meters, abundant with lush vegetation that creates a Caribbean-like ambiance when the sun is shining and visibility is clear.
With a maximum depth of 21 meters and a visibility of approximately 5 meters, this dive site is suitable for divers of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Located at 6a, Resthof, Görslow, Leezen, Crivitz, Ludwigslust-Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 19067, Germany, this dive site offers a memorable underwater adventure for all who visit.
