El Cabezón

The rocky bottom area with sand strips offers optimal diving conditions for divers of all levels. It is situated at a distance from the land, making access by boat highly recommended. The depth ranges from 12 to 18 meters.

Divers exploring this location can encounter a diverse array of marine life, including angel sharks, rays, makrele, barracudas, groupers, morays, octopuses, cuttlefish, and numerous species of small fish and crustaceans.

Located half a mile away from Morro Jable Harbour, the Anemone Field features a labyrinthine rocky bottom teeming with abundant marine life. Divers can come across stingrays, octopuses, moray eels, groupers, and a multitude of small anemones. It is important to exercise caution during seasons with higher waves, as access to the site might become challenging. Additionally, intermittent surface or bottom currents may be present, depending on the month (refer to the weather information). The depth at this dive site ranges from 12 to 18 meters, and entry is via boat.
