Tauchsee Hänigsen
Situated on private property, this lake presents a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. While the fish population may be low, our recent dives have revealed the presence of perch, pike, carp, and a bustling community of catfish. As we continue to prepare this dive site for our diving training, we have uncovered intriguing underwater formations, including a captivating "wall."
Conveniently located, you can drive directly to the entrance, which is only 10 meters away from the water. A well-paved road leads directly into the lake, where a comfortable entry and exit can be made via a staircase. The maximum depth of the water reaches 11.5 meters, providing ample opportunities for exploration. In October 2020, we submerged an underwater platform measuring 3 by 4 meters at a depth of 5 meters. Now, this platform is already inhabited by a lively group of catfish.
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced diver, this dive site offers an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in a peaceful and controlled environment.
