This dive site is conveniently located at Starnberg, Germany, near the Badegebiet Paradies Possenhofen. To reach the site, head towards Possenhofen and turn right at the first kiosk into the driveway. Unload your car and make your way towards the lake. You'll find a large parking lot where you can safely park your car. The kiosk is open year-round, providing amenities for divers.
Diving at this site offers a diverse range of marine life, including abundant fly larvae and other macro organisms. Perch and pike are plentiful, ranging in size. If you're lucky, you might also spot crayfish, vendace, and whitefish.
This particular section of the Starnberger See is characterized by its flat terrain, making it an ideal diving spot for beginners. However, advanced divers will also find enjoyment here due to the large number of fish species. As you explore the underwater landscape, you'll encounter vibrant green vegetation and fascinating corkscrew algae, with a visibility of approximately 5 meters. The maximum depth of this dive site is 9 meters.
