Palau Iro Maru Wreck

The Iro Maru wreck in Palau is a renowned WWII site for divers. This former Japanese freighter spans approximately 150 meters (470 feet) in length and rests at a depth of around 25 meters (80 feet). Diving with Nitrox is highly recommended for an enhanced experience.

Expect excellent visibility ranging from 10 meters (30 feet) up to 30 meters (100 feet) at this site. The wreck is adorned with impressive black corals and vibrant other corals, creating a beautiful underwater scene. Additionally, an abundance of fish can usually be observed in the area.
