Outer Rock

Outer Rock is a dive site located just a short 5-10 minute boat ride away from Kilkee pier in Ireland. With depths ranging from 5m to 45m, it offers a diverse underwater experience for both beginner and advanced divers. One unique aspect of this site is that it is possible to dive both Outer Rock and Middle Rock on the same dive, as they join together underwater at around 30m.

When exploring Outer Rock, divers can expect to encounter a variety of marine life, including brown crabs, spider crabs, lobsters, pollock, and wrasse. The walls of the site are adorned with vibrant sponges and anemones, creating a visually stunning underwater landscape.
