The Tryton Underwater Track at the Kashubian Diving Base is a fantastic dive site located on Lake Kłodno in Chmielno, Poland. Accessible from the Holiday Centre Krefta, this dive site offers a range of diving attractions for divers of all levels.

At the Kashubian Diving Base, you'll find a well-developed complex that includes training platforms, tunnels, a bus, and other exciting underwater structures. It's an excellent starting point for beginners and a great location for further dive training.

Underwater, you'll be greeted by a vibrant ecosystem featuring large schools of perches, dwarfs, roaches, pikes, eels, and burbot. These fascinating marine species inhabit the wooden structures within the lake, creating a captivating underwater experience.

The underwater track at Kłodno Lake was established in 2000 and has since added new structures periodically. The entire track is situated at a depth of no more than 6 to 7 meters and is interconnected by thick ropes. Directional maps are available on the platforms, ensuring divers can navigate the track with ease.

The sunken objects within the track attract a diverse range of fish species, adding to the allure of the dive site. Currently, there are six training platforms, a 5-meter caisson, a bus, and a tunnel made of Euro pallets. The tunnels have safety openings every 2 meters, providing secure passage for divers.

For deeper dives, there is a specially prepared diving boat with wide seats and a diving ladder. The deeper area of the lake features a platform at 18 meters and 30 meters for more advanced divers. The diving fees at Kłodno Lake are reasonable, with a cost of only 5 PLN per diving day. These fees contribute to the maintenance of the underwater elements and official expenses.

To pay the diving fees, use the moneyboxes conveniently located at the Diving Base. Whether you enter the water from the Krefta or Bachus shore, or dive on any day of the week, please remember to pay the fees. The honesty and support of divers are crucial in maintaining and developing this unique dive site.

To reach the dive site by car, consult the provided map. The closest access points to the water are through the Krefta or Bacchus resorts. The dive base is specifically located within the Krefta resort, where you'll find diving benches, a cylinder fill-station, and rental equipment. Upon arrival, visit the reception desk to obtain the key to the gate and pay a parking fee of 10 PLN per car. However, if you are staying at the resort, there is no additional charge.

During the off-season, it is advisable to confirm the resort's availability by phone before visiting. In case of any entry issues, Bachus Resort offers alternative access to the water.
