Hesperus (Wreck)

Hesperus is a small wreck located on the bank surrounded by seagrass in the beautiful waters of The Bahamas. This shallow dive site, with a maximum depth of 5m, is perfect for beginner divers. While the visibility can sometimes be a bit murky and green, it is compensated by the presence of a large population of loggerhead sea turtles. Diving at dusk and night is especially rewarding as the wreck attracts many loggerhead sea turtles during these times. During the day, divers can expect to encounter large schools of snappers, grunts, barracuda, as well as sharks and remoras.
