Private quarry with a maximum depth of 55 feet, situated in Mitchell, IN. This exclusive dive site is not open to the public and offers shore entry, platforms, lines, statues, and sunken boats/objects for divers to explore and enjoy. Formerly a public beach in the 1960s, this quarry has gradually become more restricted under new ownership.

Divers can expect to encounter various fish species, including bluegill, small-mouth bass, and catfish. The bottom topography features thick grass, creating a vibrant habitat for these aquatic creatures. With a visibility of 4m, this dive site provides decent underwater views.

Please note that this private quarry is strictly off-limits to unauthorized individuals. If you wish to dive at this location, you must first complete an SSI training course with Southern Indiana Scuba.
